This African snow salt comes from the purest deep-sea water of Antarctica, which flows along the coast of Namibia, along the edge of the oldest desert in the world ("Namib"). is the noblest version of sea salt. Only on a few days a year with lots of sunshine, low humidity and little wind, this salt is formed. it then floats on the water like a thin layer of salt, very similar to snow. This salt layer is blown by the wind to the coast, where it is harvested by hand. Drying is done carefully under the desert sun. This is to preserve all salt minerals and trace elements that make the salt so valuable. This gives the salt its special and unique taste of Antarctic freshness and African sun. Fleur de Sel salt, particularly appreciated by top chefs and gourmets, has a fine salt taste and is mainly used for post-salting and as a special seasoning on the table.
