There are many salts available on the market. Some of the most commonly used salts are explained below.
Himalaya salt or crystal saltThe natural salt Himalaya salt or crystal salt or Halie salt is a salt that is perfectly absorbed by the body. It contains all kinds of original minerals and trace elements. The building blocks of life have been preserved in this primal salt. They are located in the crystal salt in such small particles that they are optimally absorbed by the body cells.
Celtic sea salt or sel grisCeltic sea salt is also called grey salt or sel gris in French. The salt has a light grey colour because it slowly crystallizes on the clay bottom of the salt pan. Due to the long "ripening" on the clay bottom, Sel gris is very rich in minerals and trace elements and is, therefore, a healthy alternative to the regular kitchen salt or sodium chloride. There are many conceivable applications which are described in more detail here.
Celtic salt or sel grisCeltic salt is also called sel gris, after the light grey colour of the salt. Due to the specific process under which sel gris is created, this salt has many health advantages over regular kitchen salt. The process creates a very low-sodium salt, which is suitable for a low-sodium diet.
Life water or soleLife water or a salt "sole" is a concentrated salt solution, which can be made by dissolving a natural salt in water. The term life water originates from the primal water, i.e. one's own body fluids.
A salt sole can be seen as a reconstruction of the primal water, hence the term life water. A 1 per cent dilution of this water is real water of life, just like body fluids and completely inherent to the body.
