The Kalahari desert salt is an extraordinary product. The salt is extracted in the Kalahari desert of South Africa in a natural salt lake, dried in the sun and then packaged. The area is uninhabited and has never been used industrially. This makes the Kalahari desert salt (gourmet salt) completely free of chemical contaminants. The salt is supplied in original coarse grain size. If desired, it can be finely ground using a stainless steel or ceramic salt mill.
No additives or artificial substances have been added to the salt and it is 100% natural.
